Ashley Burgess-Payne qualified as a solicitor in 2018 and is part of the Leadership Team of Parfitt Cresswell.
A former teacher, Ashley has spent the better part of the last decade studying under and learning from many highly successful marketing leaders. Using this knowledge and expertise Ashley has contributed towards the growth of Parfitt Cresswell since joining the firm in 2013 and now heads up our Business Development.
Ashley also plays a prominent role in Connectionsb2b, a business growth platform which helps business owners to growth their list of professional contacts, enhance their understanding of sales and marketing and provides them with the platform on which to share their business. Ashley also contributes to The Back to Basics Business Podcast series which shares and discusses strategies and blueprints utilised by highly successful entrepreneurs and business owners.
Ashley is based in East Sussex, has a love of all sports, especially football and his beloved Crystal Palace FC. He enjoys studying the mind (mindset) and running/walks in the countryside and is a lover of music, hosting his own Rock Show on Saturday evenings on Connections Radio.
Amanda qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2006 and deals with a large range of Private Client work including Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection work, estate administration, Wills and estate planning, care fees advice and elderly client services.
She is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and a full accredited member of Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE).
Amanda has a particular interest in advising elderly clients, their families and carers. She is a Dementia Friends Champion and has been involved with several local Dementia Action Alliances, the aim of which is to create dementia friendly communities.
