Tina Hylands

Tina qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 1989 since which time she has practised primarily in Family Law. She has extensive experience in the areas of divorce; financial and property settlements following the breakdown of relationships, both in the High Court and County Court; private law children matters; civil partnership dissolutions; non-molestation/occupation orders; Trust of Land Act matters, together with separation deeds and pre-nuptial agreements.

Tina is based at our Edenbridge office and deals with cases from the initial stage through to conclusion, with instruction of Counsel as and when required. Her professional philosophy is to provide clients with an excellent standard of service, by keeping them closely informed of developments as they occur. Tina has a well established reputation for reliability, and for providing a personal touch to the way in which she handles her cases.

Tina enjoys travelling, eating out, going to the theatre and spending time with her family and friends.

Francis Ritchie

Francis Ritchie

Francis joined Parfitt Cresswell in June 2010 having previously worked in Bromley. He is a graduate of Exeter University and qualified as a solicitor in 1990. Francis has extensive experience in private client work where he advises and specializes in Probate, Wills and Trusts.

He has a particular interest in Court of Protection matters. Francis lives in Sydenham and is married with four children.

Michael Bowen

Michael commenced his career in 1980 in Tunbridge Wells where he started training as a Chartered Legal Executive qualifying in 1987, by then he was working in a branch office in East Sussex. Michael then moved to a firm on the south coast and worked there for 13 years being made an associate and deputy head of department. Michael has developed case management systems and team structures in the firms he has worked and is enthusiastic about the use of IT in conveyancing.

Michael has a wide level of experience and has been a co-opted member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives Council since 2014 advising on conveyancing matters.

Outside of work Michael likes history, in particular Napoleonic Wars and listening to Blues music. He is married and celebrated his 25th wedding anniversary in 2013.

Shanida Sewak

Shanida Sewak is a Chartered Legal Executive and has specialised in all areas of family law for the last 11 years, within the Kent area. She deals with the following areas: -

    As a member of Resolution, she will always undertake negotiations with a conciliatory approach, in the hope of achieving a swift resolution with practical solutions, in such an emotive area of law. If an agreement cannot be reached, she will provide robust and effective advice regarding the appropriate legal action.
